What we do
The primary objective of Dignity India is to safeguard the rights of Indian citizens. Dignity India works to create awareness among the masses about their rights as a consumer, as well as work towards improving access to education for the under-privileged, and ensuring that the rights and privileges of senior citizens are not overlooked.
Dignity India also steps in as a mediator between consumers and corporate when the need arises.
The organisation has a website www.dignityindia.org where grieved citizens can register their complaints. Dignity India will then forward these complaints to the concerned companies and strive for a solution within a short span of time. We will also act as a whistleblower where necessary.
Vision & Mission
Dignity India is working with a vision and mission that all citizens should be aware of their fundamental rights, and should be provided legal and technical support where necessary.
Dignity India is working for the rights and welfare of Senior Citizens whereas senior citizens are living an aloof life being a nuclear family and with no support of Government as cost of medical is becoming costlier and their income is going down each day due to reduction in rate of interest of banks and financial institutions. We are intending to use their talents / skills and create a home for senior citizens where they can live together happily a very comfortable and peaceful life.
Dignity India also plans to set up an advice, awareness and complaint centre in rural and semi-urban areas. Since the inception, Dignity India has been funded by the personal savings of the chairman and his team.
